The Resort at Longboat Key Club

With panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, The Resort at Longboat Key Club offers elegantly appointed one- and two-bedroom suites, junior suites and standard rooms, all with private balconies and views of either the beach, nearby lagoon or golf course, of which there are two – The Harbourside, which borders Sarasota Bay, and the Links on Longboat, which runs along the Gulf of Mexico. Spike ’N Tees is a great spot for a celebratory drink after a day on the greens and is one of five great restaurants at the resort. Away from the fairways, the water is the main draw here, which explains the resort’s 291-slip marina, ocean-facing pool and fully serviced beachfront, where activities range from yoga and tai chi to kayaking and paddleboarding.
