Son Bunyola Villas
Son Bunyola is Sir Richard Branson’s luxury estate on Mallorca’s wild and verdant north-west coast. With its three miles of unspoiled coastline, olive groves, vineyards and rugged mountain views, the 1,300-acre estate enjoys one of the best locations on the island. It’s also home to three exceptional exclusive-use villas.
Built in traditional Mallorcan style with exposed-beam ceilings and terracotta-tiled floors, Sa Punta de S’Aguila blends effortlessly into the landscape and offers panoramic views of the sea and mountains. It boasts a private heated pool, kitchen, living room and outdoor dining area, as well as five en-suite bedrooms, all with their own terrace.
Located down a track in a valley near the edge of the estate, about a 20-minute walk from a lovely pebble beach, Sa Terra Rotja comfortably sleeps eight adults in four en-suite bedrooms. Facilities include a heated outdoor pool, a gorgeous terrace with ample room for sunbathing, a large lounge area and both indoor and outdoor dining areas.
Last but by no means least, Son Balagueret is a traditional and secluded four-bedroom villa with a central courtyard and a quirky turret whose story dates back to the 13th century. All four bedrooms offer fantastic views, including the one housed in the signature turret, while facilities include a private heated pool and spacious outdoor dining and lounge areas, both with breathtaking views of the coastline.
Sa Punta de S’Aguila and Sa Terra Rotja are available on a fully inclusive basis with Son Balagueret lending itself to a self-catering stay. The villas all have access to the facilities at the nearby Son Bunyola Hotel, including two wonderful restaurants, spa treatment rooms, lounge and pool.
