Six Senses Rome
This all-new hotel brings signature Six Senses style and serenity to the heart of the Eternal City, turning an 18th-century noble palazzo into a modern urban oasis. Just steps from many of the city’s key attractions, here, guests can experience elegance, comfort and convenience – not to mention a world-class spa, for which the hotel brand is famed.
Filled with light from large windows, the 96 rooms and suites are crisp and chic, incorporating stones, marble and subtle yet sumptuous furnishings. The two eateries include BIVIUM, a Roman piazza-style restaurant with upscale ‘stations’ exuding a healthy farm-to-table ethos, and NOTOS, a rooftop spot for cocktails, light bites and Rome ‘at your feet’.
Unsurprisingly the spa is a sight to behold, complete with Roman baths, a healing hammam and a state-of-the-art gym. But the hotel isn’t just for grown-ups; there are plenty of thoughtful touches for little travellers, like artisanal ice cream that can be ‘purchased’ from the gelateria with wood tokens given to kids at check-in.
