Royal Myconian
A short walk or complimentary shuttle ride from gorgeous Elia Beach, the Royal Myconian boasts incredible bay views, a large outdoor pool with a swim-up bar and no shortage of quirky design features – think life-size wooden horse sculptures and a jungle scene where crystal chandeliers appear to hang from vines, upon which swing a troop of white ceramic monkeys.
The rooms, by comparison, are modern and pared back, with whitewashed walls framing blue Aegean views, offset by earthy notes of sun-bleached driftwood and natural fabrics. Higher room categories have outdoor jacuzzis and the majority of suites come with private pools and generous furnished terraces.
In addition to the aforementioned pool, you’ll find an outdoor hot tub, a small children’s pool, and an Elemis/Ligne St. Barth spa with six treatment rooms, an indoor pool and a relaxation area complete with ‘starlit’ floor. Dining includes à la carte Greek classics, a delicious buffet breakfast and light poolside snacks.
