Hotel Bardo Savannah
Buildings in Savannah don’t get much more Southern Gothic than this red-brick Victorian mansion turned luxury boutique hotel. After an extensive renovation at the end of 2023, the property has re-opened with new rooms and a restaurant inspired by the coastal luxury of the Mediterranean. Spacious rooms and suites boast luxury bed linens, marble bathrooms and in many cases views of the adjacent Forsyth Park. The restaurant, Saint Bibiana, offers Italian favourites, cocktails can be savoured in the elegant Bar Bibi or the lobby’s Green Room, while all guests are granted access to the Club Bardo, a private members club on-site offering a pool and fitness centre. There’s also a tranquil spa and an on-site cooking school at Saint Bibiana.
