Forte Village Resort, Il Borgo
Forte Village is a vast resort on Sardinia’s southern coast home to eight hotels, numerous restaurants, its own beachfront and extensive facilities available to all. Hotel Il Borgo offers generously sized bungalows, each with a double bedroom, sofa bed, private patio and garden. Many of the bungalows can be connected internally to their neighbours, making this an excellent option for large families.
Children will especially like the fact that the bungalows are close to Children Wonderland, Forte Village’s renowned resort for kids, complete with child-friendly pools, theatrical workshop, arts and crafts studios and a specialised nursery for children 0-3 years, not to mention the fit-for-a-princess BarbieTM Activity Centre. It’s also near the Oasis swimming pool and the Baia delle Palme pool with its popular waterslides.
Breakfast is served in the Oasis or Bellavista restaurant overlooking the sea. Buffet dinners at Pineta and high-quality steaks from the Forte Grill are included in the half-board package with no need for reservations, with other gourmet and à la carte restaurants available at a supplement.
