Suites and villas stand in five well-spaced rows that cascade down the hillside towards two good-sized pools and a private sandy beach. Each suite has an insulating, environmentally friendly grass roof, which coupled with the terraced design ensures every room enjoys uninterrupted sea views with nothing but green grass in the foreground.
Even lead-in rooms boast private salt-water pools complete with comfy sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. Breakfast is served at the Carpe Diem restaurant towards the top of the hill, accompanied by spectacular sea views. For lunch, order a snack from the Sea & Sand Beach Bar, delivered to your pool lounger or private gazebo on the beach. For dinner take your pick between two exquisite restaurants: Meet-In Point, specialising in steaks and grilled meats, and Eternal Blue, a sublime seafood restaurant set right on the seafront.
