Mykonos Grand Hotel & Resort

A tiered vision of white and blue, this crisp and contemporary hotel is romantic and relaxed. Occupying an elevated position, just uphill from the beach, and overlooking the Aegean Sea and the sacred island of Delos, there’s truly no better place to take in Mykonos’s stunning sunsets.

When it comes to accommodation and amenities, the hotel certainly lives up to its ‘grand’ expectations. Some of the rooms could be mistaken for suites and the suites themselves are generously spacious and elegantly styled with a chic, coastal feel. Some of the suites are open-plan, others have a separate living room, and a select few have a private pool surrounded by a rock-clad dining area perfect for intimate dinners cooked by a private chef.

Once you have torn yourself away from the lavish comforts of your guestroom, you’ll find all kinds of luxurious delights. Spend many peaceful hours basking in the sun by the seawater pool, flanked by sumptuous daybeds under the shade of pergolas. During the afternoon, the wooden deck by the pool is transformed into a cosy lounge area for enjoying casual cocktails while the sun goes down. Fine Greek fare and delectable wines combine in the sophisticated Nama restaurant, with alfresco tables on the terrace looking out to sea.

In addition to the tranquil pool and beach, guests have the Althea Spa to retreat to. Named after the Greek goddess of healing, the spa offers a menu of treatments designed to restore both body and mind, and a well-equipped gym is just below the spa.
